Our university has launched a new project with a sense of social responsibility.
Under the leadership of our Rector, Prof. Dr. Fatih Yılmaz, and with the support of the Central Black Sea Development Agency (OKA), a programme was organised through our University's Continuing Education Centre (TOGÜSEM) to provide practical gastronomy training to young women living in shelters.
The training sessions were conducted in our culinary arts programme's gastronomy education and application workshop, led by Lecturer Ercan Polat.
