Prof. Dr. Mahmut Ak, Member of the Executive Board of the Higher Education Council (YÖK), and Prof. Dr. Yerzhan Amirbekuly, Rector of Margulan Pavlodar Pedagogical University in Kazakhstan, visited TOGÜ's innovative facilities accompanied by our Rector, Prof. Dr. Fatih Yılmaz.
