The tourism sector, which has an important place in the service sector, is growing day by day in our country and its importance is increasing for the economy of our country. In our country, there is a continuous increase in the number of people participating in tourism activities and the number of businesses operating in the field of tourism. Due to this increase, the demand of qualified labor force of the tourism sector, which is already a sector based on manpower, is increasing even more. The aim of the Tourism and Hotel Management Program is to provide students with the necessary knowledge and skills on service, housekeeping, kitchen, front desk and human relations in order to meet the intermediate manpower need needed in the tourism sector. Students who graduate from Tourism and Hotel Management Program; They can be employed in accommodation companies, travel agencies, food and beverage businesses and public institutions and organizations that provide hospitality services.
